You can draft, edit, and preview for free — **nothing is printed, mailed, or charged until you approve and pay**. If you decide not to send a draft, simply delete it; there's nothing to refund.

Because payment and hand-off to our mail provider happen together, a paid letter can't be edited, cancelled, or refunded — except for a verified error on our side. If a letter fails to print or mail because of a verified error on our side, we will, at our discretion, either reprint and re-mail it or refund what you paid for that letter.

**Undeliverable mail:** address checks reduce, but don't guarantee, deliverability — and you confirm the recipient address before paying. Postage for mail that's undeliverable because of an inaccurate or incomplete recipient address is non-refundable.
